The ugly addition with white  is blended into the home by coating the wood siding with the same color as the rose-tinted bricks. Roof colors illustrated here are brick-tinted, dark green and bronze.

In almost every call to a homeowner of a metal roof, I invariably say, “After the leaks are stopped and the bill paid, the most important thing is the color–you will see that color every day.”
