Winter metal roof restoration project

What do you do when the customer okays the project start date for mid December of the worse winter in a decade.

During December and January, we applied the foundation of the fully reinforced portion of the reroofing project.  The owners were dry by mid-January.

We top coated the roofing panels during the summertime.
