Primer and two coats off boom
Over 4500 sq ft of vintage metal roofing (upper areas + library annex),
1) pressure wash and remove loose debris
2) check for any breaks in tin and repair as needed
3) apply Andek’s Polaprime 21 primer over work areas
4) on roof surface, apply first coat of base coat acrylic in Restoration Green
5) flash around chimneys
6) apply tinted acrylic to roof edge
7) apply final coating of acrylic(Restoration Green)
8) apply Wearcoat to add time and luster to acrylic coatings
